Charlie Kiser
Founder
Charlie Kiser is the Founder of Matewan Digital Holdings. He's the former CEO of Atlas Blockchain Group, which was a publicly traded Bitcoin mining company targeting operations in Washington State leveraging Hydro power. He started his career in crypto in 2013 and successfully helped take BTCS public in February 2014. Formerly known as Bitcoin Shop, the team built one of the first publicly traded crypto companies that both spearheaded industrial mining and kept Bitcoin on its balance sheet. Charlie hails from West Virginia and holds a BS in Finance from West Virginia University.

Christian Duffus

Christian is the founder and CEO of Fonbnk, the gateway platform for crypto adoption across Africa. He's exited 3 FinTech companies successfully and is a TechStars alumnus. He was recently named one of Washington DC's Tech Titans. He's a graduate of the Darden School of Business and started his career at Goldman Sachs.
Will Middleton
Advisor
Will Middleton is the Co-Founder at Advanced Crypto Services, an ASIC repair and mining services company. He is regularly an instructor for the Bitmain Advanced Chip Repair training and is IPC certified. Will started his Bitcoin operations in 2017 and is also the Managing Member of Blockchain Tek, a Bitcoin mining operation in Alabama. Will holds a Masters in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Data Science from University of Virginia. He is highly focused on collecting vast amounts of data from within mining operations by incorporating the use of IoT devices and using Artificial Intelligence algorithms to improve and automate diagnostics.
Fred Stearman
Advisor
Fred Stearman has 30+ years’ experience in the public and private sectors and a proven talent for taking companies public. As a Data Center and Crypto Operations expert Fred founded Atlas Cloud Enterprises in 2013 and later took the company public to become Atlas Blockchain Group. Fred led all the technical and operational aspects of the buildout of Atlas bitcoin mining facility as well as managing Atlas's hosting vendors.
Prior to Atlas Fred managed data centre operations for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Organizing Committee (VANOC) as well and managed national hosting operations for Western Canada.
